1. Personal data collected
The following is collected when you submit a production inquiry. • Required: contact name, phone number, consent to collection and use • Optional: company name, email, inquiry details, attachments • Collected automatically: a one-way hash of your IP address, browser information, and referral data (advertising parameters and referrer) IP addresses are never stored in plain form — only as an irreversible hash.
2. Purpose of collection and use
• Consultation and quotation in response to production inquiries • Managing consultation history and progressing to contract • Blocking fraudulent inquiries and spam, and maintaining service stability • Sending product and event information, only where marketing consent was separately given
3. Retention period
Data is retained for three years from collection and then destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by law, the statutory period applies. • Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years • Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
4. Provision to third parties
The company does not provide personal data to third parties, except with prior user consent or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority.
5. Outsourcing of processing
The company may outsource processing to the extent necessary to operate the service. Where it does, the processor and the scope of work are disclosed in this policy, and data protection obligations are set out in the outsourcing contract.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests can be made to the data protection officer below in writing, by phone or by email, and will be acted on without delay.
7. Destruction
Personal data whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; printed material is shredded or incinerated.
